DCC Interactions

The aim of this page is to provide a central reference for the points of interaction between the Broad GDAC and the TCGA Data Coordination Center (DCC) and other external centers.  It includes material related to the mirroring (download) of data from the DCC to the Broad, how that data is processed (diced & normalized) prior to ingestion in Firehose, and finally how pipeline result archives are uploaded to the DCC.
