This is a page on which we can accumulate notes of functionality changes between FireBrowse releases. When the release is deployed to the public server, the description of that release should be migrated from this draft page to the public release notes located here.
- Deployed several new iCoMut instances in support of AWG analyses
- Boosted performance of some copy number API queries by creating additional indexes on the database backend
- Added to top level page a link to the detailed samples report generated during pipeline data ingestion.
Future
- In near future:
- add "deploy" (or "install") option to fbadmin (will do a git pull, then make install of UI & API)
- Merge in changes from SARC awg
- Address lingering MAF and CN api performance concerns
- Continue to simplify deployment:
- anyone s/b able to deploy dev/prod at will, but it's still easiest for me
