Problem: User reports " I can't edit fields on a certain ticket."
- Ensure you are in the jira-administrators group. (To find out, from any page in JIRA press period to open the action menu. If "Administration" doesn't show at the top, you're not in the group. See pic on right.)
- Go to the relevant issue if possible. If not, go to a similar issue in the same project.
