1. Change the Instrument Custom field valueconfiguration:
   
   1. Navigate to the Instrument custom field (here)
   2. Find the instrument that matches the request, and edit it. (Hint: the Instrument Class field in the ticket matches the first level drop down)
2. Change the ticket summary Summary:
   1. Since there is no field level security, you have to manually add the Summary field to the CR-Edit Instrument screen. (here)
   2. In a new tab, go to the ticket and edit the summary. Make sure it matches the value added in 1b.
   3. Remove the Summary field from the CR-Edit Instrument screen.
3. Change the ticket Instrument Name
   1. This field is freely editable by anyone and might already be changed by CR staff. Just make sure it matches the summary when you're done.
