To manage using bluetooth keyboard/mouse:
- Behind the monitor (often on the other side of the wall), there is a tiny tiny computer (4"x4"x1"). Take the bluetooth connector out of the mouse's battery compartment and plug it in to the mini computer. This connects both the mouse and keyboard. Try to follow the messages on the screen to figure out what's up.
- You may simply need to repoint the screenshots app at the right folder (see table below).
- You may need to reconnect to the network drive.
- You may need to look at the JIRA tickets at the bottom of this page for more ideas.
- Last resort, contact BITS. This is usually not very quick/helpful.
