Adding new Crazy Robots staff to JIRA

Audience: CR staff or Jira admins

Add to Supervisor role to be automatically added as a watcher to all new tickets made in CR. (Troubleshooting, Request Instrument Service, Instrument, External Service Request, Observation, New Technology Evaluation)

Add to Supervisor or Administrator role to be able to make Instrument tickets.

Add to Coordinator role to get notified when any new CR ticket is made (for people that should see new tickets but not necessarily need to watch them all, like John Walsh)
