- Group alerts will send alerts to google groups at 28 days
- ArtelQC - 180 days spec
- MyMachinesOnly will alert individual owners at 159 days
- Group alerts will send alerts to google groups at 175 days

This type of alert works based on a custom view where "Show My Machines Only" = true. This looks at Jira instrument data to see who the assignee of a machine is.
The downside with this alert is that individual assignees need to be manually added to receive them.

- Check to see if you are set as the assignee to the instrument in question in JIRA.
- Ask analytics to check the alert to see if your name is on it
