The following diagram shows the relationship between different agents and data marts in GP.
All agents are triggered on schedule, except by RunMercury (triggered shortly after flowcells are analyzed) and Rghqs (triggered immediately after RunMercury)
Data marts with multiple input agent sources are refreshed with the same agent (for example, Rghqs agent has Readgroup Metadata, Picard Metrics and Solexa Organic Run as sources).
Agents are linked to their corresponding GitHub repositories.
